    The version 4.01 of Subaru has not live data button anymore.

    Do not install that version, as you can do no real diagnostics anymore.
    Mail to support was done, hope they fix it soon.

     Thanks for Heads Up, I was going to update Subaru tonight but will wait to see if others weigh in on whether they can or cannot access live data

    Live data in v 3.20 works.
    Keep that if you can. I see no big benefit in 4.01 (Ok 5 more ECU's found but nothing important as far as I can see).

    Version 4.0 was not checked by me....

    I have a MS906TS with Subaru 4.01 installed.  I just now tried it on a 2004 Subaru Outback and live data works just fine.  Did Autel Support respond to you, if so what did they say?

    How do I post pictures on this forum?  I took a couple screen shots of the MS906TS showing the Live Data on Subaru 4.01.  But I can't see a way to post pictures here.

     It works !

    on the ms906 it seems you need to re-start it as some OS caching seems to do stupid things.
    After I had it down for some days all functions are there, including customization and active tests (working).

    So re-boot after updates and it should be fine.

    Hi all , I'm really disapointed of the latest update for Subaru it just read faults and can't do erasing for them especially the impreza cars . The only way to erase faults is to do Obd2 scan . I think the previous version is better. For every subaru models ...thanks

    Current Subaru version I have is 4.03 , but have not used it yet. Judging how slow it takes to accomplish any type of navigation and  posting anything on this forum , it's amazing that the servers can up load any large software files  without something that isn't going to work .
